As a Christian research university, holding to the highest ethical standards of compliance is foundational to who we are as an institution. OVPR is committed to supporting faculty to ensure these standards are met.

The research administration infrastructure is designed to provide consistent, compliant, and high-quality pre- and post-award administrative support to all Baylor research faculty in an increasingly complex and competitive research environment. The team includes University Research Administrators (URAs), Pre- and Post-Award Administration, Research Data and Systems and Research Compliance groups that provide support to researchers throughout the lifecycle of the grant or contract.
